The struggle of not having my own camera is starting to get to me: perhaps it has something to do with the amount of posts I have pending, or the immense pressure I place upon myself; needless to say, it hasn't been easy. Add a full-time job, business aspirations and my daily workout at 5:15am to the equation and I begin to wonder how I get through each day. So don't be surprised when your timeline is flooded with multiple posts as I try to play catch-up.

Spring has sprung, although I feel like we've dived straight into summer, with temperatures reaching a high of 36 degrees Celsius (96.8 degrees Fahrenheit), shooting during the day is becoming unbearable but a girl has to do what a girl has to do. Blogging is my escape from the real world, the preparation for each post takes hours; from shooting to editing to strategically placing commas in all the right places. But you know what? I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world (perhaps $500 million but that's not the point I'm trying to make).

A dress this beautiful deserves a location equally as beautiful. This is the essence of spring, the dress that is; the cool vibrant colours, the flared sleeve and lets not forget about the open back. I paired this look with a touch of white, which is slowly becoming a staple colour in my closet. Is there anything better than a bun in this weather? To finish off the look I added my favourite red lip.

Hope you enjoy!
