Welcome to KayLista Spanish Studio. By booking classes, submitting an intake form, or participating in lessons, you agree to the following terms. These terms are here to create clarity, protect both parties, and ensure a respectful learning environment.

KayLista Spanish Studio offers Spanish language instruction for adults, including group classes, private one-on-one classes, and couples classes. Instruction may take place in person in Puerto Vallarta or online via live video, depending on the specific class arrangement.

All lessons are educational in nature and designed to support language learning. Progress may vary from student to student.

Students are asked to complete an intake form and placement assessment before beginning classes. This helps ensure appropriate placement and the best possible learning experience.

KayLista Spanish Studio reserves the right to recommend a different class level or format if it is determined that another option would better support the student's learning.

New students are welcome to try one class at no cost before enrolling. The trial class is intended to help students decide whether KayLista is the right fit before committing to ongoing tuition. One trial per student.

Tuition fees are communicated clearly before enrollment. Tuition is billed monthly and is always required in advance. Students may cancel at any time; tuition for the current month is not refundable but no further charges will apply after cancellation.

KayLista Spanish Studio accepts multiple payment methods. Specific payment details are shared during the enrollment process.

Tuition covers scheduled instructional time and access to class materials as described for each course or session. KayLista Spanish Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, fluency levels, or timelines.

All sales are final. Tuition payments are non-refundable, including for missed classes, partially attended months, or mid-month cancellations.

If KayLista Spanish Studio cancels a class for any reason (illness, technical issues, scheduling conflicts), students will receive either a make-up session or credit toward future tuition, at the studio's discretion.

Group classes follow a fixed weekly schedule. Missed group classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as the class continues regardless of individual attendance.

When possible, recordings of group classes are made available to students who miss class. However, recordings are not guaranteed and may not be available in cases of technical issues, Zoom or connection problems, low attendance, or other circumstances outside the studio's control.

For private and couples sessions, missed classes are generally considered used and non-refundable. The studio reserves time specifically for these students, and that time cannot be reused once it has passed.

Exceptions may be made at the studio's discretion in cases of genuine emergencies. Students should reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises.

No-shows may be charged in full.

Group classes may be recorded so that students who miss class can review the material. By participating in group classes, students consent to being recorded as part of normal class activity.

Recordings are shared only with students enrolled in that class and are not distributed publicly. Students may not download, share, redistribute, or repost recordings.

All students are expected to treat the instructor and fellow students with respect.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class without refund.

Learning a language involves making mistakes. A supportive, patient, and judgment-free environment is expected from all participants.

Language learning is a process that requires practice, patience, and consistency. KayLista Spanish Studio provides structured instruction and guidance, but students are responsible for their own participation and effort.

Results vary based on individual factors including attendance, practice outside of class, and personal learning style.

All curriculum, lesson materials, workbooks (including but not limited to the Foundations Level 1 workbook), explanations, exercises, examples, recordings, and content provided by KayLista Spanish Studio are the intellectual property of the studio. Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

Students may not copy, share, reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, or post on third-party platforms any KayLista Spanish Studio materials without express written permission. This includes class recordings, workbook content, and digital handouts.

KayLista Spanish Studio is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment. The Foundations workbook is intentionally formatted with adult learners in mind, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, or visual processing differences. Students are encouraged to share any specific learning needs or accommodations they may benefit from so the studio can do its best to support them.

While every effort is made to create a supportive environment, KayLista Spanish Studio cannot guarantee accommodation of every individual need but will work with students in good faith to find supportive approaches.

KayLista Spanish Studio is not responsible for personal outcomes, misunderstandings, or decisions made based on class content. Participation is voluntary, and students accept responsibility for their own learning process.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of México. Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

KayLista Spanish Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
